Nope. I used to build Zope3 routinely on Windows, and all I did was open WinZip and tell it to recursively suck up all the .pyd files.

OK, there are new Zope3 Windows .pyds at http://www.zope.org/Members/tim_one/Zope3-Py2.4-pyd.zip now.
