About (3), like the util:hashmap, the zorbautil:HashMap has a serializable version and a non-serializable version, so this should not be a problem. And I am fixing the get() to be a const.
I am not insisting on switching to HashMap right now, but in general, it is silly to have and maintain 2 hash map implementations.
