Review: Approve Looks like modules/w3c/xpath_functions.xq already declares fn:current-dateTime() as xs:dateTimeStamp. While modules/w3c/xpath_functions.xq declares datetime:current-dateTime() as xs:dateTime.
Verified FOTS/xs-dateTimeStamp tests are passing.
