I rather doubt it, since each tune contains the line:

Z: posted by Andrew Kuntz 2/01

implying that the euphoniously-named Mr Kuntz was the poster.  Whoever
the butcher was, he screwed up by including the wrong L: field for
that voice, so every bar is now in error.  Of course it's possible
that he followed your instructions by posting the original versions
as well, and the archivist omitted them since they were not for the
fiddle.
