Frank Nordberg has several of them in the Renaissance section of his
musicaviva site.
I have one more at http://www.laymusic.org/music-publish.html.
I have in my posession at the moment a copy of the modern edition, and
intend to do a bunch more, although I'm not sure I feel encyclopedic
enough to do a full edition.
If you find or transcribe any more, let me know. This might make a
good ABC collaboration project.
