I know this is not right forum for this but i am not sure where else to look for help.
I am currently writing an article which has performance comparisons related to Webservices and Remoting. I found following in Microsoft's ELUA and i am not sure how to handle this? "5.9 Benchmark Testing. You may not disclose the results of any benchmark test of the .NET Framework component of the Product to any third party without Microsoft's prior written approval." I am not making any money of an article too. thanks for help.
