Sure; in both cases, the algebraic structure of the rules and the
truth-value formulas follow from the semantics

what I meant was that inferences like

A --> B
A --> C
|-
B --> C

and

A --> C
B --> C
|-
A --> B

are handled in PLN via a combination of Bayes rule
and deduction, whereas in NARS they are handled
by special induction and abduction truth value
formulas...
