if clamscan is running, thats a problem. that means you don't have 
clamav set up right, go back to FAQ's
you probably see logs of 'primary av failed, switching over to backup'

to see if you have clamd right, cd to your amavis temp dir and see if 
clamdscan can read it.

on my system clamdscan /var/amavis/tmp
