I just checked it again.
1. I get exactly the same error on all three cases.
2. I don't have another LOGFILE above that LOGFORMAT
3. My configuration file seems to be read because when I change LOGFILE to some name that doesn't exist, I get "Warning F: Failed to open logfile".
