*Job Description:*

Service Now experience is a must – has to engage the stakeholder, be able
to decide whether a requirement is out of the box or to be customized and
negotiate accordingly, and write user stories

•             Service Now experience is a must – has to engage the
stakeholder, be able to decide whether a requirement is out of the box or
to be customized and negotiate accordingly and write user stories.

•             Take ownership of the ServiceNow projects delivery – scoping,
design, implementation, user training and value realization.

•             Effectively communicate and manage the project stakeholders.

•             Experience working with stakeholders to understand, document,
and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements.

•             Experience creating, managing, and prioritizing enhancement
development stories with business requirements, acceptance criteria, and
Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and working with stakeholders to
complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and production
verification.

•             Experience defining and documenting governance processes and
procedures and ensuring that the processes are followed.

•             Learning from others is must



Qualifications

• 5 years’ ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management
(ITSM)

• 5 years’ experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other
ITSM processes (e.g.:  Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt.)

• Experience working with stakeholders to understand, document, and
prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements

• Experience defining and documenting governance processes and procedures
and ensuring that the processes are followed
