Test Case Management Tool has moved to a new infrastructure

The Test Case Management tool, shortly known as TCM, has moved to the integrated infrastructure of OOo. TCM - which hosts l10n test cases to quality assure the language versions.

Alpha Release 3.4 is ready testing and localization

On the way to the 3.4 release, the Alpha release is ready to testing and localization. Use the feature list for testing of the new features or for translation purposes.
