Hi All: I don't know any good reason to spray calcium on peaches.
Is there a benefit you want to get? Having said that I do remember some research from India where the post harvest handling of peaches is mostly without refrigeration. As I recall they got a small benefit from the application of calcium. I doubt if there would be much benefit if you use refrigeration to retain postharvest life.
