That did the trick, tests are now running.

All of them pass except for upload.t

t/apreq/upload.t .. request has failed (the response code was: 404)
see t/logs/error_log for more details
t/apreq/upload.t .. Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
Failed 80/80 subtests
