Hi Z., If you want people to be able to help you out, then you need to explain exactly what you did. Can you report the output of sessionInfo() and traceback(), and post a complete code example ?
Have you checked that your problem is not already solved in the other threads titled "Cannot fit normalization function to enzyme" ?
