Hi I have this really urgent matter to answer, pardon for my ignorance, I've been working with ACT and with three genomes I have come to obtain a pretty decent comparison but still too much hits of low score, I know I have to use the Minimum and Maximum Scores Cutoff values using my right click mouse, but I don't know what values put on, how can I do this, based on what?
