Hi Ying,

I work-around this by removing the header line that starts with "DBLINK" from the GenBank file - this line seems to be the cause of the problem.

Alternatively you could download the relevant EMBL-formatted file from here: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/genomes/

Cheers
Scott

Hi,
Dose anyone try to download genbank format sequences for Artemis entry recently? Artemis cound't read genbank file downloaded from NCBI correctly. I got a lot of "N"s in the sequence and I couldn't see those CDS arrows either.

Thanks!

Ying
