Hello All, I am new to Artemis and am slowly finding my way around. I am annotating a genome and have a couple of Inverted Repeats I need to insert. I have one IR in the sequence and have found it quite easy to reverse and complement this sequence, but I need to duplicate the entire region and then reverse complement that new region. If there are any suggestions on how to do this duplication (copy and paste) while maintaining the original annotation (just reversed) I would be very grateful!
