Hi Tim (and list),I know it is possible to load multiple bam files into the bamview window in Artemis, but this causes reads from all the files to be combined into the same plot. Would it be possible to add an option to display the reads from the different files separately in stacked plots? I've attached a mocked up screenshot to show you what I mean.
