Hi, I’ve run a blast with a velvet assembly multifasta file against a reference sequence. But when I try and open the gff file (annotated corresponding file to the assembly), crunhc file and reference it just gets stuck.
I believe I’ve been able to load gff files in act before. But now that it doesn’t work I, I get unsure…. Thanks in advance!
