Hello, Since noone else has responded, I would like to offer my assistance in writing a new asterisk-perl module that would be GPLv2 and included in the CPAN repository. I don't have the time to write the whole module myself, but I could do stress testing and some feature testing.

It was formerly assumed to be under GPL-2 but as it is not explicitly stated anywhere, Gentoo and Debian have removed/excluded the package until this can be resolved. If we cannot confirm a license, I am prepared to rewrite an interface-compatible version from the ground up for distribution under the GPL-2, but I don't want to go to that trouble just to find it was GPL-2 all along. Please comment. Regards, Wade. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
