Hi

Are there any plans to submit asterisk-perl into CPAN?

That has always been the plan, but we might end up including it with
asterisk instead.

I've been extremely busy lately, so my freetime has been minimal.

Hello,

Since noone else has responded, I would like to offer my assistance in
writing a new asterisk-perl module that would be GPLv2 and included in the CPAN repository. I don't have the time to write the whole module myself, but
I could do stress testing and some feature testing.

Subject: Licensing of asterisk-perl

Hello

Can anyone confirm what license asterisk-perl is distributed under? It
was formerly assumed to be under GPL-2 but as it is not explicitly
stated anywhere, Gentoo and Debian have removed/excluded the package
until this can be resolved.

If we cannot confirm a license, I am prepared to rewrite an
interface-compatible version from the ground up for distribution under
the GPL-2, but I don't want to go to that trouble just to find it was
GPL-2 all along.

Please comment.

Regards,
Wade.
