There is a seperate module for the phones I use that will do Music on hold for all of the phones in the group. These are not ADSI phones, I guess you might call them analog feature phones. I don't think that Flash is a very good way to effect hold, since it is also used for other functions, so I guess the answer is that it probably won't work like you want it to without some changes.
