I had the same problem, I reseated the daughter card on the board and that helped but just for a short time. Eventually the port wouldn't even break dial-tone. All other ports 2, 3&4 on the card were fine, it was only port 1 giving a problem. I swapped daughter boards around between ports but the problem stayed with port 1. Maybe this is a sign of a bad run of TDM boards with some component associated with port one. I'm in the process of RMA with Digium for a new card.
