You should set your verbosity to 3 and then reproduce the call and paste the CLI output. It is pointless to troubleshoot without the CLI output. The warning is expected when the phone is offline and does not cause the issue you are experiencing. It almost looks like Local/ channels are involved, but we'll know more once we see the CLI output.
