The neigbor doesn't seem to show up at all on either of the other devices, which
actually makes sense why the third device would see an infinite txcost - none of
its messages are getting through. As I feared with a different WiFi card the
txcost is correct and everything
works fine. So I think its' something wrong with the hardware/driver.
