In general, this course is not complex, and like all Ruhi Institute courses,
it is conducted tutorially. This is best done by dividing the participants
into small groups and allowing each group to move along at its own pace and
according to its own rhythm. This point is extremely important, because
efforts to accelerate or slow down the participant's pace, forcing him to
move at the same rate as the others, can hamper the learning process. It is
necessary to emphasize the importance of the tutor's role, even for the fast
learners among the participants. The tutor should discuss all of the lessons
with each group of students. In no way should a Ruhi Institute course be
treated as an independent study of the participants which is simply checked
later by the tutor.
