Regarding the encoding problem of dictionary database dump, frankly, I am aware of this problem. This problem seems to have started after last year's SourceForge data-center migration although web interface works as expected. So I am sort of guilty for not fixing this issue earlier. Does anyone know whether there are easy ways to fix the encoding/re-encoding of MySQL database dump in utf-8?
