Invitrogen Corporation (Public, NASDAQ:IVGN) Stratagene Ordered to Shell Out Triple the Amount Previously Awarded in the Invitrogen Lawsuit
In a patent infringement case, a U.S. court awarded Invitrogen $16.2 million in damages.
