Hi GM, Here are a couple of things to look at but, first I need to say that I don't run Vista nor do I run Jaws11.
Go to the control panel & display . In Display make sure that on the Desktop page that is set on, Bliss, on the Screensaver page it is set on none, & on the Settings page it is set for 1024 by 768. Also, did you install any programs or toolbars that might be interfering with Jaws? Or, what exactly did you do directly before this problem began? Take care.
