I do not want my name associated with such behaviour. Sometimes I am a recipient of "lecturing" e-mails (from various people) myself. For me it is very important that people can speak freely and do not get mails they might consider lecturing or intimidating, also as an employee.
So, just to make that clear, while I was in Cc, I am not involved in this at all.
