Exactly.  Even if it were possible to somehow extract more
energy from human bodies than the amount spent maintaining
it, you still don't get past the arguments for the Mootrix.

Using the human brain's raw processing power, however,
might be a possible solution for the continued existence
of software entities...

Not to mention cliché.  It's been done so many times in VR-themed
