The "I" author of the manual, I presume David MacKenzie, is not actually mentioned (any more?) in the manual.
Perhaps the best solution would be to add his name to the history section, and then remove the use of the author-self-referential "I" elsewhere (there are only a handful)? -- http://rrt.sc3d.org
