[Bug-ddrescue] Version 1.2-rc1 of GNU ddrescue released

Version 1.2-rc1 of GNU ddrescue is ready for testing here

Please, test it and report any bugs you find.
Changes in this version:

  * Added new option `--complete-only'.

  * Added argument parser from ocrad that replaces `getopt_long'.
