  Yes, definitely. Now Stage 2 can be too large to be recorded in the
blocklist in Stage 1, so we should recommend to use Stage 1.5 whenever
the user tries to install GRUB on a hard disk.

  I don't think that any complicated example is needed. For most of
the users, the installation could be very simple and it would be
enough if we can cover most cases. Even if we added as many examples
as possible, exceptions would appear, certainly.

  Jeff, have you changed the structure of the manual? I think it
should be changed heavily. I'd like to suggest that it should consist
of two parts: a practical and quick guide, and a theoretical and
detailed manual. The former documents about how to install GRUB and
how to use GRUB with many practical examples, while the latter lists
the descriptions about the builtin commands, the behavior of GRUB, the
internals, etc. in a referece manual style. If you don't want to do
such a large work, you may not do at all. Someone (possibly I) will
do, anyway.
