I don't think it is a bug in GRUB. Check for the last 2 bytes in the
boot block. If these bytes are not 0xAA55, report the bug to SCO
instead of this list.
(I sometimes feel that a lot of people tend to assume that GRUB is
wrong whenever a boot problem happens... I don't think GRUB is so
buggy.)
