2017.

Montezuma National Wildlife Complex (MNWC) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex 
(MWC)----------------
     11/22: A SHORT-EARED OWL was seen at the Lopez Mucklands.     11/25: A 
PEREGRINE FALCON, a CACKLING GOOSE and 5 DUNLIN were seen along the Wildlife 
Drive. 40 SANDHILL CRANES were seen from East Road. 2 SHORT-EARED OWLS were 
seen from Carncross Road.     11/26: A CATTLE EGRET was seen through the week 
and up to yesterday at the Wilgoose field area on Rt. 89.

Onondaga County------------
     11/21: A BLACK SCOTER continues at the south end of Onondaga Lake at the 
end of the creek walk in Syracuse.     11/23: A late CHIPPING SPARROW was sen 
at a feeder in Elbridge.     11/24: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen on No. 4 Road 
near Fabius.     11/26: A SNOWY OWL was seen near Destiny Mall in Syracuse.

Oswego County------------
     11/21: A SNOWY OWL was seen in Oswego Harbor.     11/24: An ICELAND GULL 
was seen in Oswego Harbor.

Madison County------------
     11/25: 14 PINE SISKINS were seen on Muller Hill Road.

Herkimer County------------
     11/22: A RED-THROATED LOON was seen on Hinkley Reservoir.     11/23: A 
GOLDEN EAGLE was seen near Rt.28 about a mile north of richfield Springs.
