Yup...cheese is my Achilles heel.  There is a place in Westmont, IL...a
western burb of Chicago...called Uncle Pete's Pizza.  I usually order a
stuffed spinach and cheese pizza from them.  They put so much cheese on it
that when you pull the first slice out, the cheese just oozes out and fills
in the spot where the slice was...yummy...
