In the past MM has provided a CD to participants after the event (LONG after usually) but individual speakers were pretty much left on their own as far as downloads. I didn't hear anything different this year, but I may have missed it. In any case you might get a definitive answer by writing the presenter for the session you need. Most of the emails are in the DevCon guide.
