The CFC browser in DW is way too slow for me, and it opens a new window for the full docs anyway, so I wrote a little tool that'll just let me browse CFCs in the browser directly, very similar to javadocs. Package list in a frame, click a package to get a list of classes in another frame, click a class to get the documentation from cfcexplorer.cfc in a third frame.
Before you check it out, note that it doesn't secure access like cfcexplorer.cfc does. Anyone with access and the right URL will be able to learn everything about all your CFCs unless you manually secure the app. If people want it, I believe CF exposes the ability to authenticate the RDS and admin passwords, so I can add that security in. http://www.barneyboisvert.com/imagedb/2/cfcbrowser1.zip cheers, barneyb --- Barney Boisvert, Senior Development Engineer AudienceCentral [EMAIL PROTECTED] voice : 360.756.8080 x12 fax : 360.647.5351 www.audiencecentral.com --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
