Jeff,

To my knowledge there are none that exist for ColdFusion.  However if
you are looking to roll your own, there are two Java frameworks that
you might want to look at:

Acegi: http://www.acegisecurity.org
jGuard: http://jguard.xwiki.com

Acegi integrates tightly with Spring, so if you're by chance a
ColdSpring user you might be able to look at Acegi and find ways to
hook your own implementation into CS.
