You need to have your DNS servers
configured to respond with the FQDN (fully-qualified domain name) for that
entry. That’s the only way to fix that issue. Roland From:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jean Moniatte Hello, out of the regular CFC topic, I know... Sorry. My CF server name is elmo (Windows, not in a domain). It
connects to a remote IIS SMTP server to send emails. CFMAIL sends emails with the header "Received:
from elmo (elmo [192.168.10.22])" My issue is that some ISP reject emails if the
machine name is not a FQDN (elmo.mydomain.com). Does anyone know how to control/configure the machine name
that is used by CFMAIL? I have played with many seetings in the various XML
config files with no success. Thanks in advance, Jean Moniatte You are subscribed to cfcdev.
