Dan,
I have a client that uses savicom.net for their opt-in bulk mailing needs.
I don't have much experience with savicom but it was nice that they automatically handle opt-out requests for you and many other automatic features that I didn't try out.
hope that helps

Sent this to cf-talk but thought someone here might have an answer as well
I have a question that is more of a best approach and not so much a coding question. I am building a bulk mailer for a client that will send to opt-in clients an email every morning. The emails can be anywhere from 10-50 000 emails per day. How do I go about finding an ISP that will let us do that and can anyone recommend one. Again these are all opt-in customer and no one will be spammed.
Thank You
