I too use CFTicket at one of my office sites. It's a mature product with a complete feature set. Cornfeed has been very responsive with support. I did quite a bit of research on help desk/trouble ticket applications before I settled on CFTicket. It's very affordable, and holds its own against all the PHP applications out there.

When I first installed it, I did some work on the code to make it function with PostgreSQL and BlueDragon. While I was able to get it up and running with BlueDragon, I don't recommend it.
