Lisa had told me that she had had plenty of customers coming through and that 
the JHU students were good customers as well.  She said that business had not 
slowed down in the summer even though the students were gone.  I am not sure 
how high the rent is in that building.  I would think that it would be hard to 
afford rent unless you were making a lot of money each month.  Sounds like I am 
stating the obvious, but it helps me understand better when I break it down 
that way.
