I've been seeing this quite a lot since I upgraded to .94 yesterday. The entire log snip can be seen here:

Fri Sep 5 17:25:41 2008 -> nonblock_connect: connect timing out (30 secs) Fri Sep 5 17:25:41 2008 -> Can't connect to port 80 of host db.us.clamav.net (IP: 209.170.150.7) The next time freshclam is run there are no issues, then it may update a couple more times then fail again.
