Thanks for the quick response to everyone. I downloaded slime-fuzzy.el from here: http://elder-gods.org/~larry/repos/slime-tracker/contrib/slime-fuzzy.el
, put it into ~/.emacs.d/misc and then added this to my ~/.emacs: (setq load-path (cons "~/.emacs.d/misc" load-path)) (eval-after-load "slime" '(progn (require 'slime-fuzzy) (setq slime-complete-symbol*-fancy t) (setq slime-complete-symbol-function 'slime-fuzzy-complete-symbol))) … and everything works perfectly.
