Thanks a lot Chip. No, it's not in the least bit presumptuous, and I definitely appreciate the help. It would be good to have a wiki page with a checklist for us, and then between John, yourself, David, me, and anyone else who volunteers, we can share the administrivia workload. Cheers, Ewan.
