Are you using CMake 2.8.7? If not, please upgrade and try with that version. If there's still a problem after that, let us know.
Yes, I'm using 2.8.7. I've tested it on a very simple project (essentially just a Hello World with one lib and one exe), from an empty cache/build dir, and am still seeing the problem.
