Explain us, then.

The rest of the piece seems to be merely a diatribe against the BSD license
that not even the Free Software Foundation would agree with. (They'd be
screaming about the use of the term Open Source, too)
(And BSD code can be turned into GPL code if the author agrees, so at least
one of his closing points is wrong too)
