You would need to trace the email on the receiving server. Starting with the Logs would be your best option.

What happens to the email from that point on foward is not information available to SM. Strangely, another WS on the same LAN and same email server domain can send and mail is received Email account on server? Email account on Outlook at WS? Why would SM Logs show delivery but recipients never receive?
